Not sure why Yelp give the wrong address unless this company has two locations. The address I was at was 3504 Bankhead Highway, in Midland. Anyway, the tint was great. I had called two other places in Midland to get prices and see about available times for appointments. The other two places were extremely expensive and one of them didn't even have a person answering the phone. You had to leave a message then they would contact you back. If they are too busy to answer a phone, then they don't need my business anyway. Back to the tint though. This place did a great job and that's saying a lot considering it's West Texas, which is known for having zero standards when it comes to any sort of service or product. If you have been to a few restaurants around here, you know what I'm taking about. Anyway, this shop did a great job and it was much cheaper than the quotes I got from the other two tint shops in midland.

I was getting a new old truck 96 Chevy inspected and had taken off to get it done the place was only open tue and Thur 8-11. Well the tent on the doors were limo tent so I hollared at Kerry yesterday Mornin and she said come on in and in short notice she had me legal and today dropped it off to get legal tenting and they fixed me right up. Thanks y’all

Overall I am satisfied with the tint shop. I previously posted a review that wasn't so great but the shop doesn't deserve that. Yes there were bubbles and scratches on my windows and a few small ones were not lined up BUT they warranty their tint and will fix it to make sure you are satisfied. That job wasn't a good representation of the shop because I have taken 4 cars there and it wouldn't be fair to dock them for that. They have GREAT customer service, they make sure their work is good and if it's subpar they will fix it. Not many places will do that. That's why I will still go back to them and always refer friends there.

I had an appointment at 11:00 today but they were busy and didn't get my car in til 12:00 for tinting the front two windows. The staff were all friendly and after pulling my car in the shop they had me on my way in no time.

The Tint Shop is an amazing place to go everybody there is so friendly and helpful. I have now taken 2 of my trucks there for a few different things to get done and they have been perfect. There was one problem with a miscommunication but Russ was very polite and got everything resolved. I couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. I am looking forward to returning time after time. I HIGHLY recommend The Tint Shop for anything your trucks needs.

I will first start by saying that things did not go as planned during my experience on more than one occasion, but the owner Russ was able to help out. The first issue I experienced was the wrong quote due to a misunderstanding about how large an panoramic sunroof. After that issue, they cut all of the film, but since they forgot to update their system none of it fit. That process took 90 minutes of my time during which no one told me there was an issue. I politely went up to the counter to inquire about when the car would be done not knowing about the improper cutting of the film. Once I found out about the large delay, I requested to speak with someone about it. Russ, the owner, spoke with me, and was very polite, sincere and really helped explain and apologize for the numerous problems. He then gave me the sunroof tint at no cost to show how he really wanted to make things right. While many things did go wrong, Russ handled it well in my opinion and really went above any beyond what he had to do, for this reason, and their professionalism I can now highly recommend going here. Issues happen, yet its not the issue that matters most, its how the business addresses it.

Highly recommended.
